Oi pessoal,

Uma vez que o Silvermel e o Charamel, tecnicamente falando, são o mesmo, melhor discutir os dois temas num mesmo tópico...

Oi Marcus... Parece que sim... Eu resolvi inclusive retirar da AMO, pois eu não acho que o tema esta bom para ser publicado e no momento estou sem tempo para trabalhar mais nele. Talvez no futuro...

First of all Thank You very much! Your work with Silvermel and Charamel is really astonishing! They are the best themes I've ever used in Firefox! Not only with a fine and elegant design they keep an eye at valuable screen real estate: please the eye while being very handy!

I write you just to highlight a few glitches in Thunderbird 3.0rc:
with both Charamel and Silvermel:
- cannot set main toolbar icons text beside. Even with this setting the text is still showed at the bottom of the icons
- the central bar with From Subject To fields is too big in height. This wastes valuable real estate in widescreen screens
- the new Archive folder icon seems to be broken: an icon with a ? mark is instead shown.

only in Charamel:
- mail views menu is not displayed when added to the main toolbar.

Yes... I have to investigate how to fix this without removing 2.0 compatibility... On 2.0 there is no option for text beside, so I made text beside toolbarbuttons as default for small icons (maybe an workaround for you? choose small icons for toolbarbuttons?).

Hmmm... Actually it's just 2px higher as the default theme. Am I missing something? Maybe a screenshot could help to clarify what you mean.

Oh.... Small icons are always an issue... :-) Actually this icon looks so:

But you're right... It looks like a ? also for me sometimes... :-) I will try to polish it a little bit more.

Do you mean the "Folder Location" that you can add on "Customize"? If so, it WFM...

It perfectly works with your themes, still it would be great if you could slim them just a little bit more.

I noticed now that with small icons I can get the text beside. That's great! I'm satisfied this way, thanks!

The "Folder Location" one can add on "Customize" now works for me too! It must have been a problem with the XUL.mfasl (the interface cache) last time. Deleting that file in the profile folder or switching to the default theme and back would solve the issue.

OMG!!! They've changed a lot in the last version... I did have a lot of work making Silvermel play fine with Compact Header 0.8.3 and the new version (0.99.8) messed all up... Which version are you using?

The header on folder three is pretty elegant with "spaced" letters, unfortunately if you use it in italian idiom is WAY TOO LARGE.. can i hack or change the silvermel theme for switching to monospaced fonts ?

As example...
C A R T E L L E N O N A N C O R A L E T T E
should become
CARTELLE NON ANCORA LETTE

Otherwise, the tree pane would occupy too much minimum space..

Ciao marantz,

If you want to have the normal letters, you just have to disable the extension "Silvermel and Charamel XT".

But I'm considering now to change the Lightning sidebar labels to monospace, they are also a bit too large on German Thunderbird (is your problem related?)

I would like to thank for the great themes but also I would like to report two issues I have with them on Firefox 3.5.x

when there is only one tab in new windows, the + icon to create net tab is located in the middle od the tab bar - I don't know if this is feature or error
I use extension Todoist - while working well with other themes, it does not work at all with Silvermel - sidebar never loads.

I thought you might wanna know. Thanks for the great job and excellent themes.

Blz Bird? Não sei se lembra de mim,do outro tópico,mas sou fiel usuário desse tema que é excelente

(o Silver e o Charamel) mas tem/tenho um problema agora com o 3.6 que é o seguinte: sempre gostei de usar o Silver/Charamel combinado com o Personas,mas agora no 3.6 ta integrado e o que aconteceu? Não da mais p/ combinar os dois

pois os "temas" do Personas viraram temas mesmo

existe alguma solução/gambiarra que dê p/ usar os dois novamente? mesmo achando que seja impossível...

Pois é... Eles fizeram mesmo uma sacanagem com a gente... Eu tive um trabalhão pra fazer os temas trabalharem bem com o Personas e eles resoveram retirar essa funcionalidade....

Também baixei e adorei, parabéns pelo excelente trabalho amigo bird...
Acho que você poderia me tirar uma dúvida... Na versão anterior que eu tinha do firefox eu tinha baixado um complemento " isso já faz um tempinho... e bota tempinho nisso " que dava a opção de desligar o pc depois de qualquer download, e agora pra essa versão nova não consigo acha-la mais... o que houve ela mudou de nome? Se você poder me explicar ficarei grata. (desculpa gente não tem muito haver com o tópico, mas tem haver com o firefox)
